Note di rilascio versione 2026.27.6.5 (inglese)

Tesla software update 2026.27.6.5, released on September 24, 2026, brings FSD (Supervised) v14.1 Lite and additional Self-Driving controls to Model 3 and Model Y vehicles equipped with HW3. Its five documented features cover driving behavior, speed preferences, touchscreen controls and starting a journey from Park. All five entries are classified as New Feature, with availability depending on the vehicle’s configuration and access to Full Self-Driving.

The main addition, FSD (Supervised) v14.1 Lite, uses knowledge from the HW4 V14 system to improve the software running on HW3. The training approach brings learning from reinforcement training and offline models into the older driving platform. For owners, the changes focus on how the vehicle handles navigation decisions and responds to surrounding traffic.

Driving improvements include more responsive handling of merges, road forks, pedestrians, traffic lights and vehicles cutting into the lane. The update also targets everyday comfort through fewer unnecessary slowdowns, smoother steering and more consistent lane positioning. Unparking and reversing capabilities expand the maneuvers the system can perform under driver supervision.

Speed Profiles give drivers a choice between SLOTH, CHILL, STANDARD and HURRY using the right steering-wheel scroll control. The selected profile influences driving behavior, while speed limits and surrounding traffic also contribute to speed decisions. UI Improvements place settings such as the speed profile directly within the center display’s Self-Driving visualization, making these controls easier to access during a journey.

Start Self-Driving from Park allows drivers to begin through an on-screen button when the required conditions are met. These include being seated in the driver’s seat, wearing the seat belt and keeping the cabin camera unobstructed. The accompanying Brake Confirm setting lets drivers require a brief brake-pedal confirmation before activation from Park.

The Full Self-Driving (Supervised) entry describes assistance with departing from a parked position, following navigation routes, changing lanes, making turns and parking at the destination. These capabilities continue to require an attentive driver who remains responsible and ready to take over throughout the journey.

Below, you can find the individual 2026.27.6.5 Release Notes, with images and the vehicle and hardware requirements for each documented feature.
